On 23-24 March 2023, our partners met in the wonderful RSM campus in Rotterdam, for an event organised by the Erasmus Centre for Women and Organizations (ECWO). The EQUAL4EUROPE partners met and shared the progress they have been making in implementing their gender equality plans.
But this was a meeting that offered the space to not only discuss progress, but also resistance and challenges. The partners brainstormed on the form and timing of publications and events which will share these matters with institutions that have just starting developing their gender equality plans.
The next final months of the project, we are excited to be able to finalise and organise the following publications and events:
- Handbook for the sustainable implementation of GEPs: to provide other institutions with real-life examples and experiences and help them to better design, implement and assess their GEP.
- Exploring the potential of social impact: investigating the “transferability” of impactful gender equality activities in the immediate social environment of our project partners.
- More data produced by the project will become available via Zenodo.
- The project final conference: hosted by ESADE in Barcelona, in November 2023. More details on date and venue will follow soon.
