Who can use this material: IEDC constructed a portfolio of evidence, good practice, recommendations and literature on gender balance in decision-making structures, which could be useful to all GEP implementing institutions and organizations that are tackling gender parity in decision-making bodies and equal representation in leadership.

Main description (please include the text, abstract, template or other that constitute this material): IEDC has gathered information, documents and deliverables from previous projects to utilize examples of best practices and tools already developed using desk research and one-on-one information exchange (via Zoom). We have structured a portfolio of evidence, good practice, recommendations and literature on gender balance in decision-making structures (the list is continuously updated). We also reviewed the existent tools and assessed how they can be adapted and implemented in AHMSSBL Universities.
